The Community Behind the Culture: Events at StarBase Las Vegas

StarBase Las Vegas is more than a venue. While we’re better known for our private bookings, our space has also become a place where the city shows up for itself. From wellness collectives to live music, marketing summits to automotive showcases, the calendar is as varied as Las Vegas. Every event changes the room. Every gathering adds to something bigger. Let’s take a look at public programs that anchor us as a hub for movement: creative, cultural, and communal.

AMA Las Vegas

The Las Vegas chapter of the American Marketing Association brings together the thinkers, builders, and brand-shapers behind some of the city’s most recognizable work.

AMA Las Vegas hosts industry-forward programming designed for marketers at every level, from emerging professionals to seasoned executives. Events range from panel discussions and keynote speakers to hands-on workshops and their highly anticipated annual Big Game Ad Review, where top creatives break down the strategy behind the year’s biggest commercials. But what makes AMA Las Vegas different isn’t just the content, it’s the caliber of conversation.

These events attract:

  • Agency leaders
  • Brand managers
  • Entrepreneurs
  • Content creators
  • Media strategists
  • Corporate marketing teams

It’s a room where ideas get challenged, campaigns get dissected, and real connections get made. Hosting AMA’s flagship event at StarBase reinforces what the space was designed for: bringing smart, ambitious people together in an environment that feels elevated but accessible. It’s professional without being stiff. Insightful without being intimidating. When AMA Las Vegas gathers here, the energy is focused, collaborative, and forward-thinking, exactly what modern marketing should be.

Etho Wellness Club

Etho Wellness Club brought immersive social wellness experiences to StarBase Las Vegas, weaving together contrast therapy, movement, music, and community into one intentional space. All tickets sold for the event benefitted the Baller Dream Foundation, grounding the gathering in something greater than the moment itself.

Guests moved through guided cold plunges, saunas, and breathwork. They stretched into pilates and yoga, danced to live DJs, and took part in curated wellness activations designed to ground and energize in equal measure. A thoughtfully curated menu kept everyone nourished throughout — featuring zero-proof beverages, teas, coffee, and mocktails that complemented the wellness-forward atmosphere. Daily Dopamine joined as a sponsor, facilitating vision-boarding sessions that added an extra layer of reflection and intention to the experience.

Etho Wellness Club regularly hosts pop-ups across Las Vegas, partnering with brands, studios, and venues to build spaces that feel inclusive, energizing, and real. When they took over StarBase, the room transformed, becoming a full reset for everyone in it. Grounded. Elevated. Deeply connected.

Pass The Aux Las Vegas

Part industry night, part creative incubator, part live show, Pass The Aux has built something rare in Las Vegas: a room where the music is serious, the community is real, and the energy is unlike anything else in the city.

Keith Harris is a 2x GRAMMY-winning producer and musical director for the Black Eyed Peas, and the founder and host behind Pass The Aux Las Vegas, a monthly music networking event and performance showcase dedicated to local artists, producers, and musicians. Pass The Aux has locked in its 2026 program year at StarBase and takes place on the third Thursday of each month, with doors opening at 8:00 p.m.

While the networking opportunities are plenty, Pass The Aux is more than a mixer. It's a launchpad for emerging talent, a space where original work gets heard by a community that understands music at a high level. Many nights feature live performances backed by The Keith Harris Experience, elevating the showcase into a fully realized production inside StarBase. Gladhaus Co. and Manifest Academy joined as event partners, bringing added support and shared vision to the night.

Midnight Train to Vegas

Midnight Train to Vegas is a collaboration between Sofar Sounds and StarBase Las Vegas; it’s a one-of-a-kind immersive music experience that blends Soul Train nostalgia with TRL-era energy into something entirely its own.

Picture the rhythm and swagger of a Soul Train line meeting the anticipation and pop-culture electricity of TRL, layered with the intimacy of a live Sofar performance. The result feels both retro and of the moment, showcasing movement, style, and a legendary night of music all wrapped into one room.

None of it happens without the people behind it. Beverly Chillz, alongside partners Vangaudy Haus and Nothing to Do LV, assembles an extraordinary crew each season — dancers, vocalists, and a live band sharing the stage with hosts, performers, and a VJ, while camera operators, photographers, makeup artists, creative stylists, vanity, stage managers, and production teams work in sync behind the scenes. Every role is filled with intention. Every detail is handled with care.

It's a cultural moment, and one that Las Vegas Weekly took notice of, featuring Midnight Train to Vegas in a dedicated nightlife article highlighting its unique blend of music, nostalgia, and immersive energy. Inside StarBase, the experience finds a home that matches its ambition: a space as dynamic and unexpected as the night itself.

Sofar Sounds

Sofar Sounds is known globally for transforming unexpected spaces into intimate live music experiences featuring emerging artists.

No massive stage. No distractions.
Just raw talent and a room full of people truly listening.

What began as a small gathering in London has grown into a global movement, with shows in hundreds of cities worldwide and a massive online following. Their YouTube channel alone has over 1 million subscribers, featuring performances from artists like Olivia Dean, Billie Eilish, and many more who have graced Sofar stages throughout their careers.

At StarBase, Sofar feels cinematic. Stripped back in the best way. The kind of night where the music takes center stage and the room becomes part of the performance.

And now, we’re excited to finally host Sofar in their Las Vegas chapter, bringing this global music experience right here to StarBase.

Heels & Handshakes

Heels & Handshakes is a networking experience with chapters in Nashville, Chicago, and Las Vegas, all designed to feel intentional, elevated, and genuinely supportive. Created for ambitious professionals, especially women in business, it's a space where conversations go beyond small talk, and connections continue long after the event ends.

For their Galentine's celebration, Heels & Handshakes brought that spirit to StarBase Las Vegas, transforming the space into an afternoon of meaningful introductions, real collaboration, and honest conversation. Guest speaker Maria Romano of True Love Knots anchored the event with a talk on self-love, adding a personal and heartfelt dimension to an already intentional gathering.

Heels & Handshakes hops between venues across the city, but wherever they land, the experience remains consistent: polished yet welcoming, confident yet warm. This wasn't about collecting business cards. It was about building relationships that actually move careers forward, and StarBase was proud to be the home for that moment.

Paddock Auto Showcase

Das Erbe Collective and Social Exchange Group have curated an automotive experience that merges craftsmanship and culture. From rare builds to design-forward classics, Paddock Reserved Feature Showcase transforms StarBase into a gallery of performance and precision twice a year. Every detail matters, from the gleam of a polished engine to the thoughtfully designed layout of the room. The showcase attracts collectors, creatives, and enthusiasts who appreciate both automotive artistry and fully immersive experiences.

The team behind Gears & Grinds in Las Vegas has brought this event together since 2023, with summer and winter editions, turning StarBase into a celebration of cars, style, and culture. To call this event a display of vehicles is an understatement. Guests experience interactive activities, hands-on experiences, and unique culinary activations that engage all the senses, creating a dynamic environment where cars, creativity, and community intersect.

Each edition pulls out a fun theme to draw a vibrant mix of Paddock Auto Club members, sponsors, and specially invited guests, from passionate collectors and designers to engineers and automotive enthusiasts. The showcase provides a space to connect, admire, and celebrate the artistry of performance vehicles and the culture surrounding them, making each event an unforgettable experience in Las Vegas.

Why Community Events Matter

Las Vegas is known for spectacle, but culture is built in rooms where people can actually connect. Our community events:

  • Bring industries and subcultures into one shared space
  • Spark collaboration across creative scenes
  • Support emerging talent
  • Turn guests into regulars

StarBase was designed to flex: from cold plunges to concerts to car showcases. The versatility isn’t accidental. It’s what allows culture to happen here.
