Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.starbaselv.com (the "Site") and your attendance at events at StarBase Las Vegas, operated by Fresh Wata, LLC ("StarBase," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 3905 W Diablo Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89118. By using the Site, submitting an inquiry, buying a ticket, or attending an event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or attend our events.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business purposes related to learning about and booking StarBase. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, scraping content in bulk, submitting false or spam inquiries, or uploading harmful code.
2. Inquiries, Quotes, and Venue Bookings
Submitting an inquiry or receiving a quote does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only when StarBase and the client have signed a venue rental agreement and any required deposit has been received. Pricing, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation and rescheduling terms, capacity, insurance, damage, and cleanup obligations for private and corporate events are set out in the signed venue rental agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
3. Tickets and Public Events
Tickets for public events are sold through third-party ticketing platforms (such as Humanitix) and are subject to that platform's terms and the policies listed on the event page. Unless the event page says otherwise, tickets are non-refundable except if an event is canceled. Event dates, times, lineups, and programming may change. If an event is canceled, our liability is limited to a refund of the ticket face value.
4. Venue Rules and Guest Conduct
To keep StarBase safe and enjoyable, all guests must follow staff instructions and posted rules. We may refuse entry to or remove anyone, without refund, who:
- Behaves in a way that is unsafe, disruptive, harassing, or unlawful.
- Is visibly intoxicated or brings outside alcohol, drugs, or weapons.
- Damages or attempts to damage the venue, furnishings, equipment, or artwork.
- Enters restricted areas or does not follow capacity, fire, or safety rules.
Some events are limited to guests 21 and older, and valid government-issued photo ID is required to be served alcohol. Alcohol is served only by StarBase or its approved licensed providers. Guests and event hosts are responsible for any damage they cause.
5. Assumption of Risk
Events may involve crowds, loud music, special effects, lighting (including strobe effects), haze, immersive or interactive installations, and virtual reality experiences. You attend and participate voluntarily and at your own risk, and you are responsible for your personal belongings. StarBase is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
6. Photography, Filming, and Recording
Events may be photographed, filmed, recorded, or live-streamed. By attending, you grant StarBase and its partners permission to use your image, likeness, and voice as captured at the event, without payment, in any media for promotional and marketing purposes. Commercial photography or filming at the venue requires prior written approval from StarBase.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including the StarBase name, logos, text, photos, videos, and designs, are owned by or licensed to StarBase and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. The names of partners and brands appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners.
8. User Submissions
If you send us content, such as reviews, photos, feedback, or ideas, you grant StarBase a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You confirm that you have the right to share it.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as ticketing platforms, form tools, maps, and social media. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Photos, renderings, floor plans, capacities, menus, and prices are for general information and may change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarBase disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarBase and its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or attendance at an event. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or an event will not exceed the amount you paid to StarBase for the event or ticket at issue, or one hundred dollars ($100) if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StarBase and its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your conduct at the venue.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at www.starbaselv.com/privacy-policy.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms, the Site, or an event will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. By continuing to use the Site or attend events after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
16. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with any signed venue rental agreement and ticket terms, are the entire agreement between you and StarBase about their subject matter.
